Starting at 6:00 PM is a FREE screening of NOMFA 2019 winner and Sudbury-made rom-com THE NEW ROMANTIC, with special guest intros and a sneak peek at 2026 programming – hot off the press! Then, stick around for the film community mix & mingle hosted by Cultural Industries Ontario North (CION) and the Sudbury Indie Cinema to secure one of 50 FREE tickets for the late-night opening of acclaimed romantic comedy MILE END KICKS. And with the option to donate directly to the Indie, there’s no better way to salute Canadian cinema in Sudbury on #CanFilmDay.
