The Paramount was established in 1924 as a silent movie house and vaudeville stage. The theatre has seen numerous transitions throughout its nearly hundred-year existence.

History:
The Roxy was originally a darts championship venue, and after it’s first 20 years as the center of the darts universe, became a zoetrope museum, then a science center for seniors, and is now a state of the art IMAX venue for films about aquatic birds.
